Once you accept the quote, we sign an SOW and begin. Larger engagements use milestone-based billing tied to deliverables.

Why don't you publish prices?
AppliPlus is a B2B engineering partner. Engagements range from a single-workflow automation that takes days to a multi-agent platform that takes months — publishing a single price would be misleading. Each quote reflects the actual scope.
How long until I get a quote?
After the free 30-minute discovery call we typically return a detailed proposal — scope, milestones, deliverables, timeline — within a few business days.
Is the discovery call really free?
Yes. The 30-minute consultation, the follow-up product demo, and the technical deep-dive are all free. We only invoice once a Statement of Work is signed.
How is payment structured?
Smaller engagements may be billed in two parts (deposit + final). Larger engagements are milestone-based, with payments tied to deliverables agreed in the SOW.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
We discuss the impact on timeline and cost before proceeding. Change orders are documented; there are no surprise charges.
Do you offer refunds?
Engineering work is non-refundable once commenced. We fix any discrepancies in delivered work at no additional cost. See our refund policy for the full text.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfers, wire transfers, and major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). For international engagements we accommodate wire in the client's preferred currency.
